A Nederland home had a water line fail underneath the slab. Instead of jackhammering the floor to get to it, we opened up the wall to reach the line and rerouted it out of the slab entirely. That approach kept the concrete intact and got the home back to normal water service without tearing up finished flooring. If you are seeing warm spots on the floor, a jump in your water bill, or the sound of running water with everything shut off, those are common signs of a slab leak and worth having looked at early.
