I have had ongoing plumbing issues losing a gallon of water a minute and four different companies could not locate my leak. Dwayne was excellent! He found my leak and repaired it in a day! He cleaned out my lines and increased my water pressure throughout my home.

So knowledgeable, and they are always honest and very fair on their prices. I am a property manager and I will no longer call anyone else out. They come out within 48 hrs.

How It Works

No mystery, no runaround. Three steps from the first call to a plumbing system you stop thinking about.

01

Get your free estimate

Call or send the form. We come look at the actual problem and give you a price in writing.

02

We do the work

Licensed master plumbers, permitted and inspected, using tunneling instead of tearing up your slab.

03

Back to normal

Hot water, clear drains and a system that holds — so you can forget about it again.

Licensed, insured and bonded on every job — residential, commercial and industrial.

Small Leak Now, Big Bill Later

Water damage does not wait for a convenient week. What a slab leak costs depends almost entirely on how long it runs.

If you wait

  • A slow leak under the slab quietly runs up the water bill for months
  • Soaked soil shifts the foundation and cracks show up in the drywall
  • Flooring, baseboards and cabinets go from dry-out to full replacement
  • The emergency call comes on a holiday weekend instead of a Tuesday

If you call now

  • We locate the leak with a camera before anyone digs
  • Tunneling reaches the pipe without breaking your slab
  • You get the price up front and decide with real numbers
  • It stays a scheduled repair instead of an emergency

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you offer 24/7 emergency plumbing service?
Yes. Burst pipes, slab leaks, and sewer backups don't wait for business hours, and neither do we. Call any time, day or night, and a licensed plumber will head your way.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Porter Plumbing Solutions is licensed by the Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners (TSBPE) and fully insured. Every job is done to current plumbing code.
How much does a plumber cost in Southeast Texas?
It depends on the job — a simple drain clearing costs far less than a slab leak repair or repipe. We diagnose the problem first and give you a straightforward price before any work starts, so there are no surprises on the invoice.
Why do so many older homes in this area need repiping?
Much of Southeast Texas housing stock dates to the oil-boom decades before 1960, which means galvanized steel and cast iron pipe that is now at or past the end of its life. We replace it with PEX or copper, usually in a matter of days.
Can you find a leak under my slab foundation?
Yes. Gulf Coast clay soil shifts with wet and dry cycles, and slab leaks are common here. We use electronic leak detection to pinpoint the leak before any concrete is touched, so the repair is as small as possible.
Do you help with frozen or burst pipes after a hard freeze?
Yes. Southeast Texas takes a hard freeze most winters, and storms like Uri in 2021 showed what that does to unprotected pipe. We repair freeze damage and can winterize hose bibs and exposed lines before the next front comes through.
