A Port Neches home had a failed drain line running under the slab. A tunnel under the foundation gave access to the old line without cutting into the concrete. From there our crew re-piped the drain and sewer lines in new PVC, hung level on all-thread supports, and the tunnel was backfilled when the work was done. No slab cut, no jackhammer inside the house, and the foundation stayed intact. Tunneling takes more planning up front, but it keeps the mess outside and leaves the finished floors in the home untouched.
